Course Registration for Foreign Students

1) Course Registration for New Students

• : Students can register courses through the Internet (HY-in program).
•  

2) Registration steps

• 鈶� Course Registration Site : Right Upper Banner on 草榴成人社区 Univ. Homepage ()
• 鈶� Enter your ID(student number) and PASSWORD(Alien registration number)

  ** Please note that your initial password which is your alien registration number MUST be changed to your own password to protect your personal information.
  ** Those who cannot log on to HY-in or don't have their alien registration number, password is set as follows:
  For male students: Birthdate(YYMMDD)+5000000
  For female students : Birthdate(YYMMDD)+6000000
  e.g. if you are a student who were born in Oct. 13, 1983, male 鈫� 8310135000000, female 鈫� 8310136000000

   

  

• 鈶� Then you are led to the main page of HY-in Portal
• 鈶� Click 鈥滌垬臧曥嫚觳� 氚旊�滉皜旮�(course registration)鈥� on pop-up page

   

  

• 鈶� re-log on to the register section and read notice carefully

   

  

  

• 鈶� Before register, click on 鈥滌「鞐呾偓鞝曥“須�(reference of graduation requirement)鈥� to check which courses you need to take for graduation

   

  

• 鈶� Click on 鈥滉赴氤胳垬鞐�(general required courses)鈥� to see the list of the classes you are required to take in current academical year

  

• 鈶� Click on 鈥滍潿毵濎垬鞐�(pre-registration for interesting course)鈥� 氅旊壌 to pre-register the courses you want to take

  * Note : It鈥檚 a trial, so you have to do the actual registration regardless of the pre-registration

   

  

• 鈶� Click on 鈥滌垬臧曥嫚觳�(Course registration)鈥� menu

  鈻� Registration for Major course (鞝勱车鞁犾箔)
  (1) Click on the button 鈥滌垬臧曥嫚觳�(Course registration)鈥� and select 鈥滍暀瓿缄臣氇�(鞝勱车) Course(Major)鈥� on the right side

   

  

  (2) Select your department and major 鈫� click on the button 鈥滌“須�(search)鈥� 鈫� click on the 鈥滌嫚觳�(register)鈥� button of the course you want to take
  => you can see the notice box said 鈥淭he register is succeeded鈥�
   

   

  

  (3) Click on 鈥滌嫚觳�雮挫棴(confirmation of course registration)" to check out the list of classes you have registered

   

  

  鈻� Registration for General elective course (甑愳枒鞁犾箔)
  (1) Click on the button 鈥滌垬臧曥嫚觳�(Course registration)鈥� and select 鈥滉车韱店臣氇�(甑愳枒) General elective course鈥�

   

  

  (2) Select any field you want and click on the button 鈥滌“須�(search)鈥� 鈫� click on the 鈥滌嫚觳�(register)鈥� button of the course you want to take (The method to check the confirmation of course registration is the same with Major Course registration)

   

  

• 鈶�-1. You can register a course easily by entering the course code and click 鈥滌嫚觳� (register)鈥� button

   

  

• 鈶� Click on 鈥滌嫚觳�雮挫棴" to check out the time-table of classes you have registered

   

  

• 鈶� 鈥淗Y-in鈥� Portal 鈫� 鈥淢YHOME鈥� 鈫� 靹膘爜/臁胳梾靷�鞝曥“須�(reference of grade /graduation requirement) 鈫� check which courses you need to take for graduation
